Roadora Privacy Policy

Roadora helps you track vehicle maintenance, reminders, fuel, exports, and receipt photos. Its underlying record database stays on your device unless you export or share it, but content displayed on screen can be transmitted through PostHog session replay.

Information We Collect

Roadora may store vehicle nicknames, mileage, service history, reminders, costs, vendors, notes, receipt images, and purchase status. Release builds use PostHog product analytics and full session replay. Replay is unmasked and can include text and images rendered in the app, including VINs, notes, receipt images, plate numbers, costs, and vendor details. Network request and response contents are not recorded; warning and error logs may be included. PostHog uses a pseudonymous app-install identifier. We do not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purchases

Roadora uses RevenueCat and Apple to process subscriptions and restore purchase status. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Photos and Notifications

Photo access is used only when you attach receipt images. Notification permission is used only for maintenance reminders you create.
